1. Bookings and Reservations

• All reservations at Villa Maleyna are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of the required payment.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Full payment must be made prior to your arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking cost.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date or in the event of a no-show.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Liability

• Villa Maleyna is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We advise all guests to secure their valuables and personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa’s property during their stay and will be charged accordingly for repair or replacement costs.

5. House Rules

• Villa Maleyna is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of booking.
• Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the villa’s surroundings. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in termination of your stay without a refund.

6. Personal Data

• Villa Maleyna respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By booking with us, you agree that we may process and store your information for reservation and communication purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Force Majeure

• Villa Maleyna is not liable for any cancellations, delays, or modifications to your stay caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

8. Amendments

• Villa Maleyna reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests and posted on our website.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Turkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkiye.
